The Danish Biochemical Society (Dansk Biokemisk Forening) - previously also translated as the Danish Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology - is a scientific association for life sciences in Denmark.
The society was established in 1977 with the scope of promoting knowledge sharing and interactions within biochemistry. Further, the society is a point of contact for international scientific societies with Danish researchers.
The Danish Biochemical Society has played and continues to maintain a strong and central role in the development of research within biochemistry, molecular biology, and related areas in life sciences.
Today, The Danish Biochemical Society continues to promote scientific interactions and activities in life sciences.
