The Danish Biochemical Society offers travel grants to support young researchers in their travels to international research stays, conferences, workshops, and courses.

The grants are 3000 DKK for travels in Europe and 5000 DKK for overseas travels.

We have four annual deadlines: 1st January, 1st April, 1st July, 1st October. The application must be in our hands before initiation of the travel.

To apply for a travel fellowship from Biochemical Society, you should:

• Be member of Danish Biochemical Society. Sign up here.
• Fill out the application form found below
• Send your application, your 1-page CV, and either a summary of your research stay or the meeting abstract by e-mail to the review committee on biokemi.fellowship@gmail.com.

Applicants will receive an evaluation within one month. Note that a strong motivation is important for the evaluation.

Travel Fellowship recipients must write a short travel report for the BioZoom blog within one month of their return.
