Location Kloster Neustift (Brixen/Bressanone, South Tirol, Italy)
Organizers Medizinisches Proteom Center - Funktionelle Proteomik & Max Planck Gesellschaft

The 4th EU summer school in proteomic basics "High-throughput data analysis and statistics" takes place from Aug 1 - 7, 2010 at Kloster Neustift (Brixen/Bressanone, South Tyrol, Italy). The summer school is designed to provide an insight into high-throughput data analysis and statistics of proteome data for graduate students and young post doctorantal workers.

Lectures and workshops for graduate students and junior post-docs will cover the basics of proteome data analysis and statistics with emphasis on mass spectrometric generated data.

The registration fee of € 350 (graduate students) or € 400 (post-docs) covers accommodation, meals and extras.

Participants are responsible to meet their travel expenses. The number of participants will be limited to 60. Participants must submit an abstract to be accepted for the summer school and present a poster.
